New building

Noordtec GmbH & Co. KG has been growing constantly since it was founded in 2017.

In order to meet future requirements for our production facility and office space, in 2021 we began building a new headquarters in Westerstede. This project was subsidised by the European Regional Development Fund.

Since mid-September 2023, you can find us in our new company headquarters at Burgstraße 69 in 26655 Westerstede - directly on Ammerlandallee.

The 14,856 m² site houses two production halls with a total of around 2,000 m² of hall space and an administration building with around 740 m² of office space.
The energy supply for our new building is self-sufficient and independent of fossil fuels thanks to geothermal heating technology and a photovoltaic system including storage. Electric vehicles are refuelled with our own solar power via our own charging stations.
The centrepiece of the office building is a large lounge with kitchen and bar, where employees and guests are invited to linger and chat.
